Bio:
Born in Lebanon and fluent in five languages, Dr. Nash J. Fayad transformed his personal experience navigating the U.S. immigration system into a lifelong calling. After earning a Ph.D. in International Law in Moscow and co-authoring influential human rights research, he moved to the U.S. and became a citizen—an experience that fueled his empathy for those seeking safety and opportunity.

In 2004, he founded Fayad Law, P.C., growing the firm from a solo operation into a global practice. Highlights of his career include:
● Diverse Expertise: Representing foreign embassies (Iraq, Mexico) and handling complex international business transactions.
● Relentless Advocacy: Securing landmark wins, such as reversing wrongful deportations and protecting clients from human rights abuses.
● Leadership: Holding an LL.M. from William & Mary and serving in key roles within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
