Dahdah is a university professor and writer specializing in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Affairs.
She holds a Master of Laws in Legal Data Processing from La Saggese University in Lebanon.

She is known for her influential articles on human and economic development in the Gulf countries, especially her articles on the leading role played by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Dahdah worked as an executive assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of La Saggese, and was in charge of the Graduate Studies department at the Faculty.
She also worked as the Director of the Office of the Lebanese Minister of Education from 2020 to 2022.
In 2020, Dahdah was appointed as a Diplomtic Ambassador to Lebanon for the International Blue Cross and Blue Crescent Organization.
